Where are we?
- The property is situated in banana groves and built on the terraced mountainside in a peaceful & tranquil hamlet of Ledo in Arco da Calheta.
- The local village is a picturesque 15min walk with bars, church, post office & cash machine.
- There is a great children's play & picnic area nearby.
- There is a gym & café bar 5 mins walk from the villa.
Our Property
- The villa accommodation spans two levels.
- The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms - 2 king doubles and a triple, a large family kitchen with seating for 12, a living room, TV lounge and outside dinning patio with stunning sea & mountain views.
- The lower level includes two further bedrooms - a king double and a twin room, a second kitchen, games room, lounge with pool & sea views, BBQ patio, and separate entrance which is ideal for larger families or groups.
Local area
- The local village - Arco da Calheta has two festivals in July each year. With live music and food.
- Paragliding - has become quite famous in Madeira because of the fabulous views and beautiful locations. One of the great locations for this sport is Arco da Calheta - 10mins from Casa Vista do Ledo - because of it’s frequent good flying conditions all year round.
Local Activities
- Calheta has white sand beaches
- A marina which has lots of great places to each as well as plenty of sports activities.
- Water sport rentals, dolphin spotting trips and beach volleyball can also be experienced in Calheta.
